Ingredients
Tomatoes
Avocado
Orange bell pepper
Crispy onions
Chicken
Honey mustard
Dijon mustard
Hard boiled egg
Green onions
Instructions
Marinate chicken in honey and dijon mustard for at least two hours.
Bake chicken on 400 for 30 minutes, covered in foil. Remove foil and cook for additional 15 minutes.
Hard boil eggs in pan. (Bring water to boil, remove from heat, allow eggs to cook in hot water for 15 minutes.)
Chop and combine all additional ingredients over spinach or mixed greens.
